3D printing Capabilities

Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) employs a fiber laser system that traces the surface of atomized metal powder, fusing the particles together to create fully dense metal components.

SLA

Stereolithography (SLA) utilizes an ultraviolet laser to trace the surface of liquid thermoset resin, building up thousands of thin layers until the final parts are completed.

SLS

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) employs a CO2 laser to fuse nylon-based powder, layer by layer, gradually building up final thermoplastic parts.

MJF

Multi Jet Fusion selectively applies fusing and detailing agents to a bed of nylon powder, which are then fused in thousands of layers by heating elements to form a solid, functional component.

Surface Finish Options for 3D Prints

UnfinishedDots, or standing “nibs,” remain evident on the bottom of the part from the support structure remnants.
NaturalSupported surfaces are sanded down to eliminate the support nibs.
StandardSupported surfaces are sanded, and the entire part is finely blasted for a consistent look. Note that the layers are still present.
CustomSoft-touch paint, clear part finishing, painting, masking, color matching, decals/graphic, and texture finishes are available.
